By accessing or using DoorSerch, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. Please read them carefully before using the platform.
1. Acceptance of Terms
By creating an account or using any part of the DoorSerch platform, you accept these terms in full. If you disagree with any part, you must not use the platform.
2. The Trust Pass System
Access to landlord contact information requires a non-refundable Trust Pass payment of UGX 35,000 per property. This fee covers our verification and agent coordination costs.
3. User Conduct
Users must not post fraudulent listings, impersonate others, or use the platform for any unlawful purpose. Violations result in immediate account termination.
4. Limitation of Liability
DoorSerch facilitates connections between tenants and landlords but is not a party to any rental agreement. We are not liable for disputes arising from tenancy arrangements.
5. Governing Law
These terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of Uganda. Disputes shall be resolved in courts of competent jurisdiction in Kampala.
