Refund Policy

This policy governs refunds for all payments made on the DoorSerch platform, including Trust Pass fees.

1. Trust Pass Fees

Trust Pass payments (UGX 35,000) are generally non-refundable once contact details have been revealed. Refunds may be considered if the property listing was fraudulent and verified by our team.

2. Landlord Subscription Fees

Subscription payments are non-refundable after the billing period has started. Cancellation stops future billing.

3. How to Request a Refund

Contact support@doorserch.com within 48 hours of the transaction with your payment reference.
