Landlord Agreement

This agreement sets out the terms and conditions for landlords listing properties on the DoorSerch platform.
1. Listing Accuracy
All property details, photos, pricing, and availability must be accurate and current. Misleading listings will be removed and accounts suspended.
2. Verification Cooperation
You agree to cooperate with DoorSerch field agents for physical property verification. Verified properties receive the "Verified Real" badge.
3. Commission Structure
DoorSerch operates on a success-based commission model. Listing and verifying your property is free. When a tenant successfully rents, purchases, or books your property through the platform, a commission fee applies based on your listing type (Rent, Sale, or Short Stay). The standard commission is 10% and may be updated by the platform from time to time. You will be notified of any changes before they take effect.
4. Contact Disclosure
Your contact information is only revealed to tenants who have completed a Trust Pass payment. You consent to being contacted by verified tenants for legitimate rental inquiries.
