Tenant Agreement

This agreement governs the use of DoorSerch by tenants and prospective renters seeking property in Uganda.

1. Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years old and legally capable of entering contracts to use the tenant features of DoorSerch.

2. Trust Pass Access

By paying the Trust Pass fee, you gain access to a landlord's contact information for that specific property. You agree to use this information solely for legitimate rental inquiries.

3. Honest Representation

You agree to represent yourself honestly when contacting landlords and not to engage in fraudulent rental applications.

4. Platform Misuse

Any misuse of the platform, including contacting landlords for non-rental purposes, will result in account suspension.
