Agent Terms

These terms govern field agents who perform property verifications and tenant tours on behalf of DoorSerch.

1. Agent Responsibilities

Agents are responsible for conducting thorough, honest, and timely property verifications. Reports must be submitted within 24 hours of the site visit.

2. Compensation

Agents are compensated per completed task as per the agreed schedule. Earnings are viewable in the Agent Wallet dashboard and disbursed weekly via Mobile Money.

3. Code of Conduct

Agents must maintain professional conduct at all times, respect landlord and tenant privacy, and never solicit payments outside the DoorSerch platform.

4. Termination

DoorSerch reserves the right to terminate agent accounts for code of conduct violations, fraudulent reports, or repeated task incompletion.
